SEI is building affordable housing in the neighborhood. This notice is part of the review process.

Proposal:

The applicant requests design review approval for a new 6-story 45,584 sf residential building with 59 studios, 1-, 2-, &3-bedroom apartments, ground level community room with shared outdoor space, shared laundry and support office space. Exterior cladding includes metal box rib panels, composite metal panels and vinyl windows, and at the ground level, cast in place.
