We are pleased to present the site plan for SEI’s new affordable housing development at 3816-3824 NE Garfield Ave, Portland, OR 97212. The project is a 6-story, 59-unit affordable multi-family housing development, which will include a ground floor community room, offices, shared laundry facility, outdoor courtyard, and right of way improvements. A public in-person or online meeting is not required for this project.
