Free Food Pantry - Hand Up Project at the Q Center

Mondays at the Q Center. Free Food Pantry in a shopping experience setting.

Hand Up Project is a Portland-based 501-c-3 non-profit organization that partners with the Oregon Food Bank to offer a shopping-style format, so individuals can select the food that they want, to decrease waste.

The food provided is free to the homeless and impoverished people in Portland at two locations:

Q Center (4115 N. Mississippi Ave)

12-4pm, Mondays (closed the 5th week each month)

St Philip the Deacon Episcopal Church (120 NE Knott St)

12-4pm, Tuesdays (closed the 5th week each month)
