New 4 Story, 23-Unit Multifamily Building at 32 NE Fremont St.

Works Progress Architecture is working with property owners on a new residential building at 32 NE Fremont St. This project must comply with the Neighborhood Contact I Requirements per City of Portland Zoning Code.

 

The project includes construction of a new 4 story, 23-unit multifamily building with a mix of studio, 2-bed and 3-bed units. The main entrance, located on Fremont St, connects residents to the community lounge. A secondary door is provided to the west to fulfill ADA requirements but is intended for egress only on a day-to-day basis. The ground floor consists of 5 units, shared common spaces, and various utility and support spaces. The remaining three floors are all dwelling units with exterior egress balconies connecting residents to unit entries. Please see the attached site plan for more information.
