Every year, The Rebuilding Center teams up with the African American Alliance for Homeownership to perform critical home maintenance and repairs for up to 10 homeowners living with low incomes in North and Northeast Portland. Groups & individual volunteers are welcome!

Projects may include carpentry, painting, minor electrical, yard work, fence repair, and basic plumbing.

No experience is needed. If you have skills, we’d love for you to use them. We’re always looking for experienced folks to help lead volunteer teams.

Corporate groups can sign up to work together on a shared home project.
