WHAT: Filming Scenes for an independent film currently titled “Twinless”

process. The production will do its best to give notice of changes, should any occur.

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES (Production crew, actors, vehicles and equipment will be in and around the location): We will be returning to the area to film one brief scene on the sidewalk near the intersection of N Williams and NE Skidmore. We anticipate being in the area between the hours of 10am – 4pm.
Parking
♦ The following street parking is permitted through the city of Portland between the hours of 10am-4pm on 2/15/24.
Both sides of NE Skidmore between N Williams and NE Cleveland.
4 Spots South of Skidmore on the West side of NE Cleveland.
9 spots on the West side of N Williams South of Skidmore.
The South side of Skidmore between N Vancouver and N Williams.
5 spots on the North Side of Skidmore East of N Vancouver.
4 Spots on N Vancouver North of Skidmore.
♦ Please note that areas posted as loading zones, hotel zones, taxi zones, and other similar areas have not been permitted and will not
be utilized by the Production. We have permitted the minimal amount needed to park our working trucks. To fit our production vehicles into these spaces, we may have to tow vehicles parked in these spaces during posted “No Parking” times. Your private property should not be blocked or used without written permission obtained by the Production Company.
Traffic
♦ We will have Portland Police officers on site performing intermittent traffic control of vehicle traffic traveling towards the intersection of
NE Skidmore St and N Williams Ave. Traffic will not be held for more than 5 minutes at a time between the hours of 10am-3:30pm.
Friendly Production assistants will be onsite politely asking pedestrian traffic on sidewalks to briefly hold to avoid walking through a scene. We appreciate your cooperation.
Noise
♦ There should not be any excessive noise associated with this film shoot. Crews will be making minimal noise to complete their work.
Noise will include conversational voices, loading and moving of equipment. Truck lift gates, and engine noise when trucks leave at the end of our filming day.

Your cooperation contributes to the successful growth of the Portland film & television industry, which generates jobs, supports local business and brings revenue to our local economy.
This production has coordinated with the Portland Film Office to obtain permits and permissions for this shoot. The Portland Film Office is a collaborative effort between the Mayor’s Office, Prosper Portland and Portland City Bureaus. More information on this office can be found here:
