Join a Working Group or the Committee!
The Boise Parking Plan Stakeholder Advisory Committee will soon be engaging in workgroups to inform the Parking Management Plan. The working groups will be focusing on the two commercial corridors around Mississippi Avenue and Vancouver/Williams avenues, and the blocks immediately adjacent to each corridor.
Joining a working group would be a great way to have a substantial role in this project and it will require a small, limited-term time commitment to attend up to three meetings and spend some time between meetings reviewing materials. We are also seeking additional community members to volunteer and serve on the Boise Parking Plan Stakeholder Advisory Committee to advise us on the parking management plan. Members do not need parking expertise but should be familiar with their local area parking patterns and issues.
We are looking for diverse perspectives, interests, and lived experience with parking and transportation in Boise such as residents, employees, regular visitors to the Boise neighborhood, business owners.
