Project Description:

This is a proposal for a new 38,257 square-foot mixed-use development. The 6-story building will include 42 residential units along with ground floor retail/commercial space on both N Vancouver and N Failing. These ground floor spaces serve to activate the pedestrian zone and provide potential neighborhood employment opportunities. Ground floor garage parking for 18 vehicles is proposed as well as long-term parking for 71 bicycles. Additional project features include private balconies for each residential unit, a green roof, and the planting of six new street trees. High-quality materials will be used throughout for exterior as well as interior finishes. A site plan has been attached to this email for reference.
