At this final BNA meeting before the November election, speakers will describe Pros and Cons of the Portland Charter Committee Plan - and Alternatives. Afterwards, there will be time for attendees to ask questions. We require Pre-Registration for this Zoom meeting. This will allow us time to adjust the size of our Zoom attendance if necessary.
