  1. Introductions and Public Comment
  2. Discussion of property setback dispute arising from a permitted home expansion at 3936 NE Cleveland. The neighbor claims that the new structure violates the setback requirement by 6 inches, and the owner is asking for a LUTC letter of support to BDS for his/her position.
  3. Sarah Cantine will provide an update on the Residential Infill Project
  4. Preliminary discussion as to whether BNA should record a position to the city regarding proposed penalties for short-term rental rental violations.
