Lewis and Clark College has a student orientation program where incoming students give service hours to work on a community project. Our project got the L&C grant which means we will get 50- 70 students on August 29th from 1-4 pm to help clean alleys. The students will be shared between in both Concordia and Boise Neighborhoods Alleys, helping to clear brush and garbage. We'll also have GOATS roaming around helping to eat the weeds we pull!
The alleys we'll be working on are shown here: https://bitly.com/BoiseAlleyways. They are:
1) behind Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church, by the freeway wall/between Mason and Shaver
2) Between Missouri and Michigan/between Shaver and Beech (2 blocks)
3) Between Albina and Borthwick/between Mason and Shaver
