Boise Land Use & Transportation Meeting



The next Boise Land Use and Transportation Committee meeting will be held Monday April 27th 7pm at the Q Center (4115 N Mississippi).  All are welcome to attend.

7pm Introductions

7:05pm Public Comment

7:15pm  Proposed 12-lot subdivision for town homes on a site at North Ivy and N Commercial.  Project developers will be in attendance to discuss this project.  Background info from a pre-application conference can be found here:

7:55pm  Proposed public art mural for a site at 18 N Shaver (UBI building).  Artist Gary Hirsch will present his concept for this proposed Regional Arts & Culture Council project.

8:20pm Alleyway project--discussion lead by BNA board member Katy Wolf.

8:30pm  Partition and Demolition Notices: discussion of two pending decisions include:

--A proposed partition of an empty lot on N Michigan just north of 4134 N Michigan.  The proposed partition to three lots would include the removal of at least five large cedar trees.   http://www.portlandoregon.gov/bds/article/524684
---An approved demolition permit for 4123-4125 N Michigan.  The BNA opposed the partitioning of this property as proposed.  The committee will discuss whether to request an additional 120-day extension in order to explore saving the 1884 home at this site.
