Because our regularly scheduled November and December occur the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas respectively we're holding this special date for a Land Use and Transportation meeting to replace those regular dates.
The next Boise Neighborhood Land Use and Transportation Committee (LUTC) will be held:

7:15pm Marathon Development: Aaron Wigod of Marathon Development will present two new mixed-use residential projects. Site location is at N Vancouver and Shaver, northeast and southeast corners. The southeast building is proposed with 90 apartments and the northeast building is proposed with 50 apartments. Both buildings have off-street parking on site.
Marathon is also in preliminary development of two mixed-use residential projects on Mississippi Avenue and Cook Street--these were presented at our November 10th LUTC meeting
8:30pm Owen Gabbert of the One North project development team will provide a brief update regarding new traffic signals on Fremont at Williams and Vancouver.
8:35pm Demolition resolutions: demolition of homes has been a topic of interest of late with some neighborhoods experiencing high rates of demolition, Since 2008 Boise has had 12 demolition permits issued. Sellwood-Moreland neighborhood has had the most demolitions permits issued in the City of Portland since 2008 with a total of 69.
We'll discuss two different proposals to the City of Portland generated by other Portland neighborhoods. Boise may choose to support these proposals during this meeting. The proposals are linked here.
